How long does it take to ship my order?
For environmental purposes, our products are only made when your order is submitted. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be completed. Tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
How do I return my order?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means customers have 7 days, after receiving an item, to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, customers must have their original receipt. The item/s must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at info@bdb.store. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of the product. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items or gift cards, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The most efficient method of initiating an exchange, and to ensure the preferred exchange item/s is/are received, please return the item/s purchased from bdb by Whatever Wear Apparel Co. After receiving notification from bdb that the return/exchange has been received and accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check.
Once bdb has received and inspected your return, customers will be notified if the refund was approved or not. If approved, customers will be automatically refunded on their original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

How do I cancel an order?
Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at: info@bdb.store, or send a message via Chat. We will respond within 24 hours. Orders cannot be cancelled after the 24 hour period has expired.
